We split a part of our repair costs into a (if) successful repair fee to assure you as the customer that there is extra incentive for us to get your card working again to its fullest. Here's what you need to know about our services:
 
Repair Cost Breakdown:
(A) Price paid in listing. Includes diagnostics and shipping cost back to you (within the UK).
(B) Cost of Parts or Extra Services (if applicable)
(C) (If) Successful Repair Fee: £80
(D) Shipping to us: Customer Expense (Recommended: Royal Mail or DPD Tracked & Insured Service)
 
Example Repair for a ROG STRIX 4090 NOT BOOTING, MISSING VOLTAGE RAIL: (A) £170 + (B) £5 + (C) £80 + (D) ~£15 = ~£270 TOTAL
 
Additional shipping costs for international packages will be added to the final invoice. Final fees are completed via bank transfer.
 
Turnaround Time:
Regular: 5+ weeks
Expedited: ~1 week
 
Expedited repairs are given priority within our queuing system. If the fault is more complicated or requires speciality parts, this can extend the total turnaround time. We keep hundreds of new components in stock for your convenience.
 
Repair Process:
Once diagnosed, we'll provide you with a detailed report, including any necessary part replacements and associated costs. Most parts are readily available for prompt repairs, but speciality parts may require additional time to order in. We'll keep you updated throughout the repair process to ensure transparency and clarity. Parts may be replaced as part of the diagnostics process.
 
Order Instructions:
Please include your GPU model, serial number and all symptoms at checkout. We also create a record of these details once your device has arrived with us. Following your purchase, you’ll be sent the shipping address along with further instructions. Have your item well-packed and order number labelled on the outside of the sealed packaging.

Cracked GPU Surcharge (more than 5 layers): £60
PCB Pad Repair (more than 30 pads): £60
PCB Swap Service: Cost of Skeleton PCB (request quote) + £250 includes removing all memory, core, reballing and replacing onto skeleton PCB. +£50 for 3090s or cards with more than 12 modules.
High-Quality VRAM Thermal Pad Servicing: £50
Cards that require significantly more pads, e.g. 3090: £80 Both Sides / £50 One Side Only
Replacement for all other pads will need to be quoted, as the amount used for VRMs and else varies from card to card.

Warranty:
Our repairs come with a 90 day (3 months) warranty for the same fault, area worked on, or parts. All repairs are recorded. Some repairs will not be eligible for warranty or the same length of cover due to the nature of the fault. Usually ones that involve heavy physical damage or previous repair attempts. This will be outlined to you as the customer if the device falls under this category.
 
Shipping Disclaimer:
Please be aware that any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed during international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Joshi Repair will not cover or be liable for any such charges.
Additionally, please note that orders may experience delays due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control. Joshi Repair will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may be incurred through international or national shipping.
 
Important Note:
Repair attempts may reveal underlying issues that render the GPU unusable. Such as weak integrity within the internal PCB layers or extremely worn-out BGA packages. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved. In the case of an unsuccessful repair, parts or services such as reballing must still be covered. The device will only be sent back once all outstanding payments have been cleared. WARRANTY MAY BE VOID if it is found that the card has been mounted incorrectly or without the use of a GPU support bracket. Please ensure that a support bracket is used and that the fan curves are adjusted for your particular GPU according to our sheet.
