  • HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
    We provide customers with the option to either go through our regular queue or a separate expedited queue. Our expedited queue can be anywhere from same day up to 2 weeks. Our regular queue can range from 2 - 8 weeks. Many factors are taken into account such as our workload at the time and the need for speciality parts. You will be updated on your estimated wait time once your device is with us.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T REPLY OR PAY THE INVOICE?
    If a customer doesn't complete an invoice within 120 calendar days, we have the right to dispose of said device(s). Customers can get into contact letting us know of any special circumstances to adjust this period.
  • DO YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO TEST MY DEVICE?
    For the specific services we offer, e.g., motherboard socket replacements, we have all the needed testing tools along with CPU, RAM, and GPUs for all boards taken in. This also includes software needed to test devices like GPUs.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We currently accept payments through PayPal, Bank Transfer and eBay.
  • HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY ITEM?
    Please package your item well to ensure it arrives with us in the same condition it was sent in. Also, have it labelled with either your name or order number so we can update you upon its arrival. We advise you to use a tracked and insured service that covers the value of your device in the unlikely circumstance something happens to it during transit as we are not liable for the device once it is with the courier.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SAME ISSUE RETURNS AFTER THE REPAIR?
    We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our repairs. This assumes the problem is related to the original fault. Shipping costs to us are to be covered by the buyer. We will cover the cost of diagnostics, parts and return shipping in this case.
